Kian Sarreshteh
Since 2015, Kian has consulted with numerous Blockchain, cryptocurrency and FinTech-focused companies across the U.S. In 2015, he founded an IT recruiting and consulting company focused on financial technology and transformed the company into a multi-million dollar operation. Also in 2015, he acquired a 35-year-old background check company that focused on regulated industries including financial services. He led new product development, including the development of a Blockchain database to store background check records. Prior to his departure, Kian was instrumental in the company’s growth with a 50% increase in revenue. In 2020, Kian co-founded CryptoFi, Inc.— now known as InvestiFi.

Todd Clark
Throughout his career, Todd Clark has specialized in identifying technology gaps in the market and determining how emerging technology will fill those gaps, all with the aim of uncovering efficiencies for financial institutions.
Clark’s journey as President/CEO at Co-op Solutions, which began in 2016, is a testament to his visionary leadership. Under his guidance, the company evolved into the credit union industry’s premier partner for payments and financial technology. Today, the company’s dynamic ecosystem of solutions continues to inspire credit success well into the future.
Prior to his tenure at Co-op, Clark’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found a start-up company called Core Data. This venture, which was later acquired by Concord EFS and merged with First Data, became the second-largest ATM processor in the United States. His diverse experiences include executive roles at Cardtronics, Inc., and Feedzai, further highlighting his dynamic and innovative approach to the financial industry.

Chris Dalton
A seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of successful business creations, growth phases, and exits spanning 30 years, Chris is a valuable member of our board. He also serves as a Growth Advisor & Investor, leveraging his expertise to guide our company’s strategic growth.
Chris has been involved in a number of successful business creations, growth phases, and exits over the past 30 years of his career. Most recently, he has been a General Partner of the investment group Aktion Partners LLC, which is invested in a technology consulting services firm, Avionos, and a Fintech firm, InvestiFi. Chris is acting as a Board Member to Avionos and InvestiFi and is also a Board Advisor to InVisory, a Data-Analytic vendor selection platform. Aktion Partners also invested in eCommerce software company, CloudCraze in 2015. Chris became the CEO post the investment and took the company through an explosive growth phase that resulted in the Company being acquired by Salesforce (CRM) in 2018. Prior to Aktion Partners, he co-founded Acquity Group in 2001, and Chris successfully guided the company through an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2012, and the company went on to become the second-largest independent digital marketing company in the United States. In 2013, Chris completed the sale of the Acquity Group (AQ) to Accenture (ACN), a global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company with approximately 266,000 people serving clients in more than 120 countries. After beginning his career with Arthur Andersen, Chris was instrumental in helping to build two businesses, Lante Corporation (LNTE) and Modern Business Technology (MBT). USWeb/CKS (later marchFIRST) purchased MBT in 1999. Chris was inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in 2007 and awarded Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year recognition in 2009. Marquette University named Chris Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013.

Sean Coonce
Sean brings 20 years of engineering and development experience with a focus on scaling engineering organizations. Prior to joining InvestiFi, he served as VP of Engineering at Exodus.io, a user-friendly crypto wallet provider. Sean led an 80+ team of engineering professionals launching new products. As a result of Sean’s efforts, his team increased revenue from $20M to $100M over the course of 1 year. Prior to Exodus.io, Sean served as Engineering Manager at BitGo, pioneering multi-sig wallets on the Bitcoin network with their technology serving as the underlying infrastructure for some of the largest crypto exchanges and institutions.

Kristi Evans
Kristi heads the company’s enterprise-wide BSA/AML Compliance Program and ensures InvestiFi’s product offerings comply with all federal and state regulatory requirements. She has over 17 years of governance risk and compliance experience, including BSA/AML program development for a cryptocurrency kiosk company, policy development for a cryptocurrency exchange in Canada, and management of cryptocurrency exchange analysis for Blockchain Intelligence Group. Her prior work with the US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) included regulatory consent order remediation assignments for Bank of America, MidSouth Bank and others.
Kristi is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI).

Enthusiastic accounting professional with a strong desire for continuous education and for any opportunity to take on and master new skills. Well versed in fund accounting, real estate investment accounting, revenue cycle accounting, and financial services including tax preparation, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis. Using my diverse skillset to build accounting functions from the ground up while collaborating with all business units to find efficiencies and guide decision making to support long term growth.

Dave Guttman
Dave recently joined TopTier Trader, one of the leading Forex Prop Trading firms in the world, as their CEO. In his first year he grew the company aggressively tracking to 150% revenue growth and 8x Net Income growth.
Prior to TopTier, Dave was COO at CryptoFi, a Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS) company where Dave was responsible for executing on the Company’s business plan. He was able to deliver on $2.5 million in revenue in his first year and led the company through two rounds of funding in an incredibly difficult capital environment. The company is poised to dominate the CaaS space. Dave currently serves as an advisor and board observer.
Just prior to joining CryptoFi, Dave served as Chief Revenue Officer for CoinFlip, the second largest Crypto ATM company in the world. At CoinFlip he doubled revenue in his first 90 days and helped scale the company from a group of young entrepreneurs to a professional, high growth organization.
